They are the focal point of the Nursery, and without them we certainly wouldn’t be able to provide the level of care that is expected of us through our community reputation and consistently high OFSTED grades.

Whilst our high adult-to-child ratio means we can offer key-worker schemes so your child can make a real connection with one member of staff, whilst being supported by the whole team.
We also understand the importance of keeping up-to-date with the very latest developments in childcare. We are always reviewing our childcare practices and policies whilst providing the latest training for our staff members. As well as being an excellent care provider, each of our staff members specialise in one area of child-care, such as special needs or health and safety. This allows us to constantly update the whole team with the latest innovations and changes across all areas of the childcare spectrum.
