OUR

KEY WORKERS

As well as being our most prized asset, our Care Team also provide the most important part of your child's educational development whist they are with us at Nursery. helping your children cross any bridge

KEY WORKER SCEHEME

To make this process even more successful we have developed our key worker scheme.

We pair each child with a single, dedicated member of staff, who monitors, expands and records all of your child's development.

You can then keep up-to-date with your child through a single point of contact, either at the end of sessions or at our regular parent's evenings.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT

We all know how important a first impression can be. It sets all of our expectations, right down to the smallest of details. That's why our Care Team are so important to us. They are the focal point of the Nursery, and without them we certainly wouldn't be able to provide the level of care that is expected of us through our community reputation and consistently high OfSted grades.

EXPERIENCE AND NEW IDEAS

The expertise in childcare that our Care Team bring allow us to ensure that your child receives taliored and personal care. Whilst our high adult-to-child ratio means we can offer key-worker schemes so your child can make a real connection with one member of staff, whilst being supported by the whole team.

We also understand the importance of keeping up-to-date with the very latest developments in childcare. We are always reviewing our childcare practices and policies whilst providing the latest training for our staff members. As well as being an excellent care provider, each of our staff members specialise in one area of child-care, such as special needs or health and safety. This allows us to constantly update the whole team with the latest innovations and changes across all areas of the childcare spectrum.

THE CARE TEAM

So without any further ado, please take the time to meet our dedicted team. Each and every one of our care staff are committed to providing the highest levels of care to your little one, for the entire duration of your stay with us.

Hi I'm Clare. I first became a part of the nursery family as a parent and a committee member in 2002. Then, when it was time to leave, I just couldn't and in 2006 I became a part-time member of staff of this great nursery team. I enjoy working here, providing a friendly, caring environment, helping the children to develop and flourish.
